Retail Merchandiser

We are looking for someone who:

• Is very detail oriented
• Collaborate and coordinate with other professionals, be it the buyers, members of the marketing team, or retailers
• Install and set up the displays keeping in mind the visual styling trends that are prevalent in the market
• Understands the importance of accurate data
• Can work to get tasks done without constant supervision
• Keep track of the store inventory and make sure that the visual merchandising is displayed effectively
• Maintain effective communication with offsite lead merchandiser and onsite merchandiser.
• Prepare and maintain various sales reports on weekly basis.
• Monitor inventory and allocate appropriate model stock for same.
• Can follow and complete daily directives
• Drive the sales targets and profitability through effective design and visual merchandising
• Assess and gauge the effectiveness of a given visual merchandise and edit/tweak it as per the need of the hour
• Has 1+ years merchandise experience

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

• Prefer prior retail and merchandising experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
• Ability to lift, bend and transport merchandise weighing up to 50lbs
• Ability to work in a high energy, team environment
• Proven work experience as a visual merchandiser
• Solid experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays and space utilization
• Creative and innovative thinker
• Ability to analyze sales merchandising reports and survey results

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
