Staff/Senior Electrical Estimator (3 available locations)

Skills Required

• Candidate must be tech savvy and fluent in MS Excel (data models, pivot tables, data manipulation etc.). Please make sure to add this on candidate's resume. Bonus skills are Bluebeam (extreme knowledge), Tekla, InEight software familiarity.
• If candidate is familiar with estimating software, make sure to add on candidate's resume.
• Manager is not looking for commercial and residential experience/background. Needs someone with industrial background.
• Candidate MUST have an experience as an Electrical Estimator.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Software experience such as Quotesoft, Accubid, Oracle, and PowerBI desired.
• Thorough knowledge of company procedures, estimating techniques, various construction disciplines, cost control systems required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle large volumes of work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently or in groups, think creatively and analytically, and make quick and sound decisions.

Education/Training/Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field and 3 years (for Staff), 7 years (for Senior) of direct project Electrical estimating experience Required or Applicable experience may be substituted for degree requirement Required.
