Restaurant Manager - Established Sports Bar

We are seeking an experienced manager to join our growing management team of dynamic leaders in a high energy, guest focused and growing sports bar concept. You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable experience while serving a made-from-scratch menu and the best bar drink and cocktail options in town.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate standard operating procedures for guest service
• Ensure a high quality of food and drink ingredients and preparation
• Train and manage personnel
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

​Qualifications:

• 2 years or more in food service, Kitchen and /or Bar management experience a plus.
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail

$65k - $75k Base Pay Based on Experience
