### Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Charge Nurse to join our team. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient assessment, senior care, and behavioral health. Experience with electronic medical record systems such as Cerner, eClinicalWorks, and knowledge of coding systems like ICD-10 is preferred. ### Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff
- Assess patient condition and develop appropriate care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic medical record systems
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and protocols

### Requirements:

- Valid nursing license in [state]
- Minimum [X] years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience in behavioral health or senior care is preferred
- Strong knowledge of patient assessment techniques
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems such as Cerner or eClinicalWorks

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
