Onboarding Administrative Associate - Part-time

Job Description:

• Build new hire badges
• Pull new hire data from applicant tracking system to upload in G Table
• Build digital employee files
• Assist in new hire onboarding
• Phone and email communication to new hires about first day details
• Make new hire handouts for orientation
• Collect I9 information from new hires
• Final QA for new hire documents

Qualifications:

• 1+ years with onboarding experience
• 1+ year administrative experience (must be most recent job)
• Google Suite Exp - Google Sheets most important
