ROI Specialist - Part-time

Hiring a Release of Information Specilaist in Pasadena, CA

Location: Pasadena, CA (100% Onsite)

Pay: $20/hr

Description:

- Complete release of information requests, including retrieving patient's medical chart and returning chart, scanning medical record and transmitting daily.

- Date stamp all requests and highlight data to expedite processing.

- Validate requests and authorizations for release of medical information in accordance with procedures.

- Provide excellent customer service to patients and providers

- Ensure that files are properly stored and maintained

- 2-5 years of ROI experience
