Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a Registered Nurse Occupational Employee Health PRN to ensure that we continue to provide all patients and employees with high quality, efficient care. What You Will Do In Your Role:

  • You will provide a semi-annual report to the Leadership Committee regarding Patient Safe Transfers and the No Manual Lift Program in relationship to the EHSP and the patient population.
  • You will complete special projects within deadlines.
  • You will manage all billing for employee’s occurrences.
  • You will maintain professional relationships with specialists, OCC Med Providers, and clinical staff to ensure the providers have a clear understanding of the EHSP (Plan).

What qualifications you will need:

  • Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing, BSN is required.
  • Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience is preferred.
  • Previous experience with employee injury or Employee Health Programs preferred. Supervisory skills are preferred.
  • Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License (Employees with RN Compact License are required to obtain Texas RN License within 90 days of hire date) is required.
  • Current BCLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS certifications required.
