Quality Assurance Lab Technician- $20-$23
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance, food safety, and regulatory compliance in our production facility. Ensure food safety and product quality standards are met. Ensure GMPs, SOPs, and safe work practices are being met. Performs quality assurance testing on test and wet/dry mixes raw materials for Quality Assurance. Demonstrate leadership while functioning as a team player.

What’s the Job?
- Follow standards for food safety and food quality production reflected in SQF
- Responsible for initiating corrections of food safety
- Perform calibration of scales, pH meter, thermometers
- Evaluate and test products on dry and wet mix lines.
- Collect samples to send out for microbiological analysis.
What’s Needed?
Max of 5
- Minimum 3 years QA experienc
- Six Sigma, QMS, SQL,
- Computer Skills
- Attention to detail
- Verbal/writing skills
