Project Overview
Responsibilities
- Complete various operational tasks like order issues, returns processing, stock sync etc. and reporting.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure successful completion of tasks to keep the business running.
- Track and address day to day customer issues in partnership with the customer service team.
- Analyze data to understand issues & take corrective actions when needed, knowing when & how to escalate.
- Analyze and gather data that can help with key decision making.
- Recommend and work on areas for process improvements.
- Check inventory and order statuses.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure we deliver the sales plan & minimize operational errors.
- Provide additional support for product launches.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the ability to launch products on time.
- Build knowledge base and document internal processes.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of eCommerce work experience.
- Basic knowledge of eCommerce workflow and systems like PIM, Fluent, Elastic Path etc.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Analytics tools (Amplitude, GA preferable).
- Excellent English communication and written skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly understand business areas and evaluate issues and propose solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Good organizational skills.
