The Home Health Nurse has the responsibility, accountability, and authority for providing coordinated, comprehensive nursing care to patients in the home setting. You'll address the physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of patients and families to improve function, independence, and quality of life. Two Years recent med-surg experience in an acute or long-term care setting, rehabilitation, home care, or hospice setting preferred. Education: RN Diploma, ASN required; BSN preferred. Licensures/Certifications: 1. Current license to practice nursing in PA. 2. Valid Driver's license and automobile insurance. 3. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred. 4. Certification in specialty area of nursing preferred. Requirements: This position requires you to wear a respirator as part of the job requirement.
