Maintenance
Location: Rancho Dominguez, CA
Pay: $25/hr
Start Time: 6:00am (Plus OT as requested)
Position Summary:
The maintenance lead is responsible for daily maintenance of the yard and warehouse. The maintenance lead will be responsible for cleaning and organizing the facility, yard dock space, and public areas. Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred
Essential Job Functions:
Perform general cleanup of all areas of the building as directed by management along with routine upkeep of exterior areas, yard, and parking lot.
Use on occasion, power equipment as required, handcarts, forklifts, pallet jacks, etc
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Prior experience with minor carpentry and plumbing work
Prior experience with minor electrical work is a plus.
Computer experience is a plus.
Can maintain and organize a work area, maintenance room etc.
18-24 months+ of maintenance experience
