Radiology Technologist

We have an opportunity for a Radiology Technologist in Hill City, KS. It is about a 4hr drive to Kansas city, KS. They have the Graham county Auto show and museum. Also, about a 3 and a half hour drive to Denver, CO.

Performs X-Ray, CT, Pain Management Fluoroscopy, and Bone Density Exams.

• Reception duties such as scheduling, answering phones, checking insurance authorizations, and entering orders.
• Scheduling all modalities in radiology including X-Ray, CT, DEXA, Ultrasound, MRI, Mammography, and Nuclear Medicine.
• Understand and support the direction and workflow of the department.
• Analyzes information to provide care safely and accurately according to established policies and protocols. Responsible for providing imaging services in collaboration with radiologists and physicians.
• Provides patient education and instruction prior to and after examination.
• Responsible for patient safety and patient transport to and from the department.

Associates Degree

Looking for a candidate with at least 2+ years of experience, Must be proficient in Bone Density Scans as well. Proficient in X Ray scans too.

BLS and ARRT (R)

English speaking.
