Title: Registered Nurse - RN
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Hospital – ER/OB
Location: Morris, MN
Schedule: Full-time; 7a – 7p, 7p – 7a rotating 6-week schedules
Pay: based on experience, plus shift differentials for nights and a sign-on bonus!
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Registered Nurse will be in a 25-bed critical access hospital. Duties to include but not limited to:
-Assesses patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs
-Formulates a plan of care, including the discharge plan, utilizing assessment data and patient, family, and health team input
-Implements the plan of care through direct patient care, coordination, delegation, and supervision of the activities of the health care team
-Documents assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in the patient record
REQUIREMENTS:
-Active and clean RN license in MN
-Nursing degree from an accredited university
- NALS required
-BLS/ACLS required
- OB/Nursery experience required
