Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a team of 100+ dedicated employees

• Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team performance

• Uphold and enforce company standards through a systems-driven approach

• Foster a strong team environment through excellent communication and leadership

• Manage all facilities, restaurant, and bar operations with a keen eye for detail

Restaurant Manager Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the entertainment or restaurant industry

• Proven ability to effectively manage large-scale front-of-house operations

• Demonstrated history of steady tenure and professional growth

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills
