Job Description: Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our supportive team. As an essential member of our special education department, you will play a key role in implementing behavior intervention plans and supporting students with behavioral challenges.
  • Full Time
  • Caseload: K-12 (preference considered)
  • Hourly Rating:$23+ (Depending on experience and qualification)
  • W-2 Employment Contract for onsite positions
  • Full Time employees are eligible for benefits

A Day in the Life as a School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): In this role, you will implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), collect data on student behavior, and provide ongoing support and feedback to students and staff. You will collaborate with teachers and support staff to reinforce positive behaviors and teach students essential life skills.

Qualifications to be a School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to implement behavior intervention plans effectively and compassionately
  • Willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in professional development opportunities
