Minimum 1+ years pharmacy experience required.

We are seeking a Temporary Pharmacy Technician to join our team for a 4-8 week assignment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our mail-order pharmacy operations, ensuring accurate dispensing and timely delivery of medications to our long-term care clients. (possible temp to hire based off of performance)
Responsibilities:

  • Process prescription orders accurately and efficiently
  • Perform medication dispensing and labeling according to pharmacy regulations
  • Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to shipping protocols
  • Maintain inventory and perform stock replenishment as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service to LTC facility staff and patients

Requirements:

  • Pharmacy technician experience
  • LTC (Long-Term Care) pharmacy experience is a plus
  • Active Tennessee pharmacy technician license
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends as needed
