Responsibilities 
  • Clean building floors, carpets, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
  • Service, clean, and supply restrooms; remove dirty linens from guest rooms and transport to the laundry room; take clean linens to housekeeping carts and storage closets
  • Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
  • Notify managers of needed repairs or additions to building operations systems
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, or supplies; deliver cribs, rollaways, and additional items as requested
  • Drive vans, industrial trucks, or other vehicles
Qualifications 
  • No experience or diploma required
  • At least one year working in hospitality industry preferred
  • Must have a valid driver's license
Physical Requirements 
  • Frequent standing, walking, climbing of stairs, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and carrying; use of hands to operate cleaning equipment and complete scrubbing/washing duties
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
