The opportunity:
Our Pest Control Specialist is a customer service-oriented team member who is passionate for building business and strong client relationships by providing exceptional service in Pest Control duties.

Impact and Importance:

The Pest Control Specialist is the primary service provider for our customers. You will be the face of our company and out providing great service and strengthening relationships with our new and existing customers.

What you will do:

  • Create positive client experiences while building positive client relationships through accurate, thorough, and timely service delivery
  • Inspect premises to identify infestation source and extent of damage to infested locations (if treating wood destroying organisms)
  • Recommend treatment and prevention methods for pest problems to client
  • Record work activities performed
  • Engage client through professional, positive and proactive communication
  • Complete pest control services on schedule and assigned each day
  • Clean work site after completion of job
  • Complete general sales/leads quoting as needed
  • Regularly contribute ideas and feedback to increase service and efficiency levels
  • Anticipate and exceed client expectations
  • Help team members with other PestNation services
  • Maintain vehicle organization and cleanliness
  • Maintain service products and equipment

What we are looking for:

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Registration with the applicable state Department of Agriculture and Continuing Education requirements
  • Experience and understanding of how to work and collaborate with a remote, distributed team
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to be able to effectively explain pest control options and procedures to customers.
  • Time Management
  • Ability to work on a computer or mobile electronic device
  • Attention to detail and the ability to follow safety protocols and procedures when handling and applying products.
