Position Overview
Skills/Qualities Required:
- Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and masonry skills required.
- Must be mechanically inclined.
- Welding and Machine shop experience a plus.
- Must be able to read and understand written directions.
- Accurately use measuring equipment and hand tools
- Ability to operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Must be able to write legibly and fill out maintenance work orders.
- Good communicator.
- Must be able to stand continuously for 10-hour shifts.
- Able to work flexible hours.
- Must be able to adhere to company policy, safety rules and regulations, and wear PPE.
Shift: 7am-5pm Monday-Friday
Salary range: $29 -$32 per hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must have Industrial Maintenance Tech experience.
- Troubleshoot and solve problems in the areas of plumbing, electrical and pneumatics.
- Machinist skills preferred: design and fabricate solutions to machine problems.
- Periodic inspections and servicing of equipment.
- Assists with completion of system modifications and improvement projects.
- Disassemble, repair, and reassemble machine components.
- Assist in machine and facilities maintenance projects.
- Use of Lathes, Milling machines, Saws, Grinders, Drills, etc. a Plus!
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
