Experience:

• 24 months of Home Health experience is required.

• Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Oregon license in hand at the time of application.

• Travel and Local candidates are eligible to apply for this role.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

Additional Details:

Shift: M-F - Any overtime must be pre-approved and requires written approval from Administrator

Weekend rotation: one weekend pay per month with a weekday off

Coverage area: Central Point and Surrounding areas

Will only consider without HCHB exp if CLN completes online training class prior to start.
