What We Need:

Worksource is currently seeking a Welder that is familiar with Mig and Tig Welding. You will be using hand-welding or flame-cutting equipment to weld and join metal components to fill holes, indentations, and seams of fabricated metal products. A Welder that prioritizes quality and meets company standards will be the best fit for this role.

What You Will Do:

• Lay out and fabricate metal components
• Fabricate and construct orders by following blueprints, drawings, and oral instructions
• Ability to use all measuring tools to comprehend any adjustments needed to be made to the blue prints
• Cut metal using a plasma torch and following diagrams or sketches
• Ability to lift 50 pounds continuously throughout the day
• Must be willing to work overtime as required
• Work closely with other departments and shop management
• Maintain a clean work area and follow all applicable safety requirements

What Is Required:

• 1 year welding experience!
• Read and understand blueprints
• Experience in MIG and TIG Welding
• Attention to detail
• Fabricating Experience
• Ability to run heavy machinery and lifts
