The Offer:
  • Full time contracted position with income guarantee
  • Expected income of $350,000 annually & negotiable
  • ($1500 per shift + $1400 in collections.
  • Total guaranteed compensation per shift is $2900
  • Sign On Bonus of $60,000
  • Start Up Cost Assistance
  • Student Loan Repayment
  • Re-location assistance
  • 1 and 3 call coverage (1 week on & 2 weeks off)
  • NICU Level III Facility
  • Neonatal resuscitation required
