Primary Care Physician - Internal Medicine or Family Medicine opportunity in small city just 45 minutes from TX beaches!
Excellent opportunity for a TX licensed, BC/BE Primary Care Physician (IM or FM) for this growing value-based medicine practice with $100,000 Sign-On Bonus in Alice, TX!
This fast-growing, senior focused, team approach to primary care provides a positive and well-balanced environment. This model is positioned to provide better outcomes for senior patients as we provide multi-disciplinary services and coordinated care supported by analytics and community relationships.
We offer:
- Mon - Friday schedule
- Average 10-12 patients per day
- Time with patients - hour-long initial and typically 45 minute-long appointments
- Collaborative, Care Team approach
- Guaranteed base salary plus up to 20% bonus

Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatrician
- Active and unrestricted DEA
- Knowledge of Medicare guidelines helpful
- Knowledge of HEDIS quality indicators
