3 Pepper Burrito Co. is a family owned and operated restaurant group. We wanted to create an inviting
atmosphere with great food and great service. Were looking to continue growing with energetic people
like you. The most dedicated and effective Team Leaders will become eligible for promotions to Shift
Manager, or other positions, within 3-6 months.
