Adult & Child Health is an integrated healthcare provider in Central Indiana. Providing high-quality, affordable care including primary care, behavioral health services, substance abuse treatment, mobile crisis response, community-based services, homeless outreach, school-based treatment, and more.

About this role: This is an office based position providing services to children and their families to reach their fullest potential.

The Location and hours: This is an office based Position. A&C is based in Central Indiana. For this position, we service the following county: Franklin Co., Marion Co Mon-Fri Flexibility in hours.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Provide direct care including individual and family therapy to clients
• Supportive Documentation
• Treatment Plans and Assessments

• Master’s in social work or other License-eligible field
• Fully licensed required in the following; LCSW, LCAC, LMHC, OR LMFT in Indiana
• Experience with children is a must!
