Purpose

The role of the PATS Rep is to ensure customers satisfaction with capital equipment in regards to their specific formulations and processing procedures as well as develop and demonstrate processing techniques to new and potential customers.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare economic justifications for capital equipment as it pertains to particular formulations and potential customers
• Prepare and present Technical Demonstrations and presentations at industry trade shows, Middleby Innovation centers, or customer locations as well as present short courses on relevant material.
• Partner with other company departments to help design and/or modify product lines.
• Provide assistance to technical sales team and international sales network.

2 to 5 years experience in food process design, preferably supporting protein processing

Related degree in food science, food/protein processing, or related discipline desired.

Travel up to 85% of the time including some weekends, Domestic and International

Must have a valid driver’s license, credit card, valid and Current U.S. passport
