POSITION: CRM Coordinator (US)

LOCATION: Detroit, MI or Sugarland, TX or San Antonio, TX, or New Orleans, LA

HOURS: Full-Time, Non-Union. 40hrs/week + some nights and weekends may be required.

COMPENSATION: Commensurate with experience

ABOUT THE POSITION

Reporting to the CRM Manager, this is a unique opportunity to join ATG’s specialized customer relationship management team, responsible for engaging a large customer base across 8 US markets and to collaborate closely with local marketing teams to ensure strategy is delivered via CRM initiatives. Not only will you have the opportunity to work on ATG’s amazing show catalogue, you will also be building omni-channel CRM campaigns and automated customer journeys using industry leading, sophisticated CRM software.

To be successful in this role you will need to be an ambitious self-starter who works well in a collaborative team, are an effective communicator, can manage stakeholders across the business and deliver cutting edge CRM campaigns. This position will require a collaborative and nimble intellect, a can-do attitude, and strong attention to detail. This candidate should have a strong interest in live entertainment.

PEOPLE, PLACES, and THINGS

  • Will contribute to developing strategy for highly targeted and engaging omni-channel campaigns (online, mobile and offline) for a range of shows at ATG venues.
  • Contribute and build a scalable automated trigger email strategy using industry leading automation technology to automate CRM campaigns.
  • Work closely with Data Science and analytics team to inform CRM strategy.
  • Build relevant and targeted customer email segments to ensure maximum engagement and click through rates with show content, to ultimately drive tickets sales for ATG.
  • Responsible for managing, tracking and report on progress of venue email campaign schedules.
  • Carry out detailed data and email proofing for email campaigns to ensure emails maintain ATG’s high quality standards.
  • Responsible for coordinating show copy and various assets to build emails with local markets and producers.
  • Implement test and learn programs to drive better CRM campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage the setup, scheduling and deployment of select email campaigns using ATG’s Email Service platform (Acoustic), ensuring all tracking codes and tags are applied to facilitate accurate performance monitoring.
  • Track the performance of email KPIs and communicate performance to internal stakeholders.
  • This position will involve collaborating with teams across various time zones including the UK, US Eastern, US Central, US Pacific.
  • Requires working closely with the various Ticketing, Programming, eCommerce, Food & Beverage, and Marketing teams on general operational processes.
  • All other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE and SKILLS

  • Direct digital marketing experience with a proven track records of executing successful email campaigns and evaluating against KPIs required.
  • Experience with audience segmentation tools and strategies required.
  • Must have significant experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • Must have experience with email service platforms. Acoustic/Apetco experience is a plus.
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Google Suite required.
  • Should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational skills, and the ability to provide a high level of customer service.
  • Knowledge of SQL databases is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience with HTML is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience with AudienceView is a plus but not required.
  • Experience in the Music, Comedy and Events industry is a plus.
