Journeyman Plumber

General Contractor is seeking a Journeyman Plumber that can read blue prints, material take-offs + calculate man hours, layout out jobs, for other plumbers, major underground work, perform rough in through top out in various commercial and residential projects. The majority of the work involves the renovation and reconfiguration of existing apartments, however many 2024 projects are converting spaces into rental units (ADUs). The work includes but is not limited to relocating bathrooms, kitchens, adding washer connections, running gas, waste, and water lines. Steam fitting is a plus. Applicant should have a thorough understanding of all applicable building and plumbing codes. Applicant should be able to work independently and with others. Majority of the work is in Oakland and San Francisco with other jobs throughout the East Bay.

English and Spanish speaking preferred.
