About the Role:

Join FHC, Inc as a Manufacturing Support Specialist! In this role, you'll be at the heart of our assembly process, ensuring products are crafted with precision, safety, and efficiency. You'll work closely with our Quality System, following detailed instructions, job orders, and engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble products using FHC’s ERP system.
• Assist customers and the Engineering department in planning and processing of platforms using planning software.
• Troubleshoot plan and/or build issues with customers and team members.
• Maintain product tolerances.
• Maintain accuracy when packaging and assembling final product while using multiple lot specific items.
• Assure quality of assembled product, including proper label placement as documented on the engineering drawing and/or quality management system work instruction.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and training.

Physical Requirements:

• Regular communication abilities.
• Frequent standing, walking, and detailed handwork.
• Ability to occasionally lift items over 25 pounds.
