Summary of Position:

This position is responsible for leading, planning and executing the billing processes for Client Service Management (CSM). The CSM Billing Specialist position provides support and assistance with account setup and management when necessary.  This position also provides reporting and data analysis to the CSM team and to the corporate office accounting.

Job Duties / Responsibilities / Essential Functions:

CSM Billing & Reporting:

·        Responsible for collecting billing information from Client Services Managers.

·        Responsible for generating and dispersing invoices to CSM clients over multiple billing cycles at specific intervals.

·        Responsible for collecting and allocating revenue for CSM clients to the appropriate sites within our network.

·        Responsible for reporting allocated revenue to the corporate office.

·        Responsible for providing information to the corporate office in the event of legal collection efforts.

Required Knowledge /Skills / Abilities / Qualifications:

·        Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

·        Detail-oriented with good note-taking skills.

·        Strong communication skills

·        Experience in billing and collections.

·        Experience in client services.

·        Must have a well-developed understanding of call center business.

·        Strong financial analysis skills

·        Ability to handle stresses or demands of clients and/or the team.

·        Ability to act quickly.

·        Required to be available to accommodate occasional issues or situations occurring across all time zones and/or outside of normal business hours.

·         PC/Laptop with at least Windows 10 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible)

·         Hard-wired high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable)

·         USB-connected Headset

·         Webcam
