POSITION SUMMARY:

The Electronic Services Analyst is responsible for the daily ATM fleet operations while incorporating best practices for enhanced member experiences and engagement, operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance including Payment Card Industry (PCI), American Disability Act (ADA) and California AB244 compliance. Responsible for timely execution of ATM testing, ATM installations and de-installations, ATM fleet inventory control, and business partner's requests.

Interacts with members, team members, and business partners as needed to ensure their satisfaction with the ATM transaction experience. Provides recommendations to management regarding the continuation of ATM vendor relationships based on ongoing evaluation and analysis of service, performance and expenses. Responsible for preparing ATM network performance reports including surcharge, switch, gateway, Income & Expense analysis. Provides after-hours (24/7 including weekends & holidays) including on-call support as necessary. Provide contract recommendations and assists management in reviewing and executing new and renewable ATM contracts with vendor partners.

Team member will be required to work closely with the Payment's Division System Analyst. Provide assistance with ATM system upgrades, testing, validation and deployment of software, including Microsoft security patches. Assist with the oversight of product and project management for the credit union's ATM network. This includes ATM availability, security, and regulatory compliance, maintenance, and managing relationships with key business partners.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS:

Possesses strong technical aptitude and expert level proficiency with Diebold Nixdorf ATM configurations, alarm systems, and server based applications.

Provides after-hours 24/7/365, including weekends & holidays, on-call support as necessary. Insuring the ATMs are operational, secure, respond to alarm activations, and vendor partners' needs.

Possesses extensive leadership and teamwork attributes that will assist with the day-to-day interaction with member, team members, and vendor partners.

Possesses exceptional problem solving skills and inherent decision making abilities to research complicated problems and implement solutions.

Performs research and analysis of new ATM products and submits recommendation outlining benefits, competitive industry edge and competitor data. Assists with the development of training materials and Fact Sheets for new ATM products.

Responsible for new identifying potential ATM demographic locations, gap analysis, and new site requests and evaluations.

Responsible for preparing ATM network performance reports including surcharge, switch, and gateway income along with expense analysis, intercept processing reports and ATM network usage.

Ensures ATM network expenses are maintained within the annual business plan, departments' goals, and prepares accurate budget variance reporting. Assist with the annual capital budget requirements. Analyzes statistical and performance data for productivity, forecasting and trending, to identify and implement process and product improvements, increased usage, and enhanced member experiences and engagement.

Subject matter expert ensuring that operations are compliant with government and network regulations, such as but not limited, to Regulation E, CA AB244, American Disability Act, and Payment Card Industry Security.

Directs, manages, and builds rapport with outside credit union partners/vendors such as first and second line ATM maintenance providers, cash replenishment service, deposit pick-up couriers, exterior maintenance technicians and landlords for off-premise ATM locations.Reviews effectiveness of credit union partners and makes recommendations as appropriate.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

College degree or equivalent work experience (five (5) years in the ATM/payment industry.

Requires expert level knowledge of ATM systems and the payment industry. Must have expert knowledge and experience with all aspects of managing the ATM network, regulatory compliance, and security. Knowledge of Symitar, STAR ATM driving, STAR STATION, MyDiebold software is preferred.

Thorough understanding of internet and software based applications, i.e. Diebold/Nixdorf Agilis Windows 7 and Diebold/Nixdorf Vista Window 10 software applications and configurations, including ATM configurations.

Advanced communication skills including written, oral, presentations, and interpersonal skills are required with the ability to work successfully with all levels of management within the organization.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and ATM configurations.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios and percentages, and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to operate a financial (business) calculator.
