Job Details

Strategic HR Leadership:

Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals, fostering a positive workplace culture and driving employee engagement.
Collaborate with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with overall business objectives.
Talent Acquisition and Retention:

Lead the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring the acquisition of top talent and promoting a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Develop and implement retention strategies, including talent development programs and career progression pathways.
Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution:

Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
