Job ID: 24-00955 Registered Nurse - PACU North Little Rock, AR MUST: The Registered Nurse must have experience: 2 years + experience in PACU, critical care or dialysis Registered Nurse License in Arkansas Must have ACLS / BLS Ability to float to other offices if needed DUTIES: Utilizes basic knowledge and skills of imaging technologies and nursing to anticipate and plan for patient care needs in the Diagnostic Imaging environment Applies radiation safety principles and assists in initial treatment of adverse effects Administers contrast media and pharmacological agents and demonstrates special consideration related to imaging procedures Participates in evaluation process, quality improvement, continuing education and professional growth as related to Diagnostic Imaging nursing practice Utilizes the nursing process to facilitate patient care in Diagnostic Imaging Provides nursing interventions related to cardiac output, pacer, arterial blood gases, balloon pump, vascular interventions, device insertion, lithotripsy and others as required Provides post-procedural nursing care for Invasive procedure/cardiac cauterization patients.
