Senior Program Manager

MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Secret clearance (must be eligible for Top Secret clearance)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or Technical discipline
• Ten (10) years of hands-on experience with military communications, intelligence or reconnaissance
• 5 years of military experience with planning, installation, and operating SOF tactical C5ISR systems and networks with technical training in tactical communication system and network operations
• Ten (10) years of experience formulating procedures, planning, and directing the execution of daily operations, monitoring, strategic initiatives, and user requirements

DESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Active Top Secret clearance
• Master's degree in Business, Engineering or Technical discipline

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL WITH TOP SECRET / SCI ELIGIBILITY

SRC is searching for a Senior Program Manager to plan, lead, direct, and coordinate the operations of a team managing SOF C5ISR systems. Work will be performed at the customer site in St. Inigoes, MD.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Formulates procedures, planning, and directing the execution of daily operations, monitoring, strategic initiatives, and user requirements
• Provides recommendations on the development, operation, evaluation, and support of SOF C5ISR systems
• Acts as primary SOF C5ISR SME on integrated product teams
