LMI is seeking a Maximo Systems Administrator with Integration Experience.
LMI is seeking an experienced IBM Maximo Administrator to be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of a newly created IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system. The Maximo Administrator will work with a team of IT professionals to ensure that the Maximo system meets the needs of a federal client.

- Manage Maximo EAM system administration and configuration modules, and workflow development.
- Archive and restore data; create, support, and maintain Maximo EAM system reports; run queries and create ad hoc reports as needed.
- Develop and implement system security procedures.
- Assist in adding, modifying, and granting access to Maximo EAM system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system problems.
- Assist trainers with the creation of content to train new users on the use of the Maximo system.
- Work with other IT professionals to integrate Maximo with other systems.
- Keep the system up to date on the latest Maximo releases and updates.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related field
- 7+ years of experience working as a Maximo system administrator.
- Strong experience with the installation and setup of IBM Maximo EAM software.
- Expert in DB2 database administration
- Experience with the use of Maximo with IBM's DB2 database.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of system and network security.
- Must be a self-starter and analytical problem solver.
Applicants must hold an Active TS clearance and be eligible for Special Access Programs (SAP).
Desired:
- Certified in Maximo Asset Management Engineering.
- Familiarity with FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST, and/or CISSP.
- Familiarity with ITIL Foundation Version 3.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum processes.
- Experience with Federal acquisition and procurement processes.
