Salemhaven Nursing and Rehabilitation Center currently has opportunities for experienced Registered Nurses who share the philosophy of making a difference in the lives of our residents.

Salemhaven Nursing and Rehabilitation Services is an independent 110 bed not for profit long-term and short-term skilled nursing facility conveniently located in a beautiful country setting in Salem, NH. *Responsibilities: *
* Creating an environment of resident-centered care.
* Ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
* Monitoring, assessing, and addressing licensed nurse aide compliance with their job responsibilities.
* Fostering the team environment and a positive culture.
* Providing/ensuring continual delivery of high-quality care.
*Qualifications and Skills:*
* Active NH RN license in good standing.
* *Minimum of 1 year of experience in a nursing role within a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.*
* Experience with PCC electronic medical records a plus.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to multi task and prioritize.
* Strong clinical experience.
