Job Description
Our Automotive Manufacturing partner in Homer, MI needs a Production Technician to add to their team!
3rd Shift 7:00pm – 7:00am Friday-Sunday
Starting wage is $21.93/hour, with $30 gas card sign on bonus!(+ Shift Premium)
Full time, temporary to permanent position in Homer.
Essential Duties for the Production Technician:
Execute and sustain Autonomous Maintenance and 5S programs at the cell/line/work area of operation.
Report and enforce safety, AM, 5S D.
Complete and maintain production and quality records.
Perform and adhere to all called out quality inspections.
Ensure correct gauges are available, operational, and used as required and communicate when they are not.
Read, understand, and interpret gauges results.
Understand and interpret basic blueprint reading.
Comply with safety and environmental standards of line.
Requirements for The Production Technician:
1 year manufacturing experience.
Ability to problem solve basic and frequent technical issues.
High school diploma or equivalent required upon hire in.
Ability to meet background requirements.
