Job Summary

Manufacture trim cap using machine to bend and cut. Fit and glue trim cap to each letter or design per shop drawings.

Job Responsibilities

· Operate Easy Trim machine to cut materials to correct length and shape them.

· Shape Trim Cap materials around routed letters.

· Glue pieces together and place magnets to hold while sealing.

· Assembly all parts of the sign to produce the final product.

· Quality check each assembled component.

· Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

· High School Diploma/GED

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

· Basic Math Skills

· Basic Hand Tool Knowledge

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position with some overtime varying.

· First shift core hours are: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm M-F.

· Second shift hours are: 4:30 pm to 3:00 am M- Th.

· Weekend shift hours are: 6:00 am to 6:30 pm F- S- S

Physical Demands

This position will require an employee to be able to be in motion on a hard surface. Lifting, bending, and stretching will be frequent. Noise level of an average production floor. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently.
