NC Punch Operator

Description:

Loading flat pieces of steel in various grades into NC Punch producing parts for commercial ovens, while following safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Load machine & programs
• Accurately measure parts
• Execute first, middle, and last part check procedure
• Assemble, Install, and remove dies
• Maintain tooling

Qualifications/Essential Functions:

• Adept at using small hand and power tools
• Read blue print proficiently
• Good paperwork and counting skills
• Knowledge of shop measurement
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, sit, and stand repeatedly
• Able to work and interact in a “Team” oriented department
• Commitment to maintenance of a clean organized and safe work environment.
• Willingness to assist other departments as directed.
