Job Description
Group:
Federally Qualified Healthcare Center (FQHC)- 16 counties in Southeast Texas and over 36K patients serviced each year.
Location:
Mathis, TX or Alice, TX ( 20 minutes west of Corpus Christi).
Scope of Practice:
- Established practice that includes a Multi Speciality group with Family Medicine and Pediatrics, PA, NP and Medical Assistants.
- Clinic is open on Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, with some 1/2 Days on Saturday which is rotated with existing providers
- New Provider has the ability to see 17-20+ plus patients a day with MA support. Group does provide Tele-Health for a few of our rural areas.
- Majority of the patient mix is adults to seniors.
- No Call, Call is handled by the PA or NP.
- Ability to work inpatient if the new provider is interested.
Compensation/Benefits:
- Full Healthcare Benefits, Med-Mal Covered. 24 days of PTO, 16 PTO Holidays. ( PTO can carry over to next year) Clinic is closed for a full week during the Christmas Holiday. So this is an additional PTO that you have.
- Base Salary, with bonus potential with extra work. 40 hours work schedule with dedicated administrative time.
- Group is a FQHC, so you can qualify for Federal Loan Forgiveness.
We are OK with H1-B and J-1 VISA providers.
