Graduate Hotels® is seeking a Server to join Graduate Annapolis and its brilliant team of hospitality enthusiasts. This position is Sign-On Bonus Eligible, meaning that upon hire, new associates are eligible receive a sign-on bonus of $300, paid out in two installments throughout the duration of their employment with Graduate Hotels (Conditions apply).

·         Take accurate food orders from guests  

·         Monitor food distribution, ensuring that meals are delivered to the correct recipients and that food is properly prepared and nicely presented  

·         Check station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness  

·         Abide by all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests 

·         Must be familiar with all menu items, their preparation and service procedure  

·         Total checks, present to guests and accept payment  

·         Other duties as assigned  

·         Able to work flexible hours and shifts  

·         Ability to communicate effectively verbally

·         Ability to multi-task  
·         High School Diploma/GED
