As a General Labor worker, you will shape and slice the units according to the product specifications. You will also align the product on the proofer board before it enters the oven. You will check the quality of the product at different stages of the production process, such as the Rheon line, Proofer, Scoring, Oven, and packing. You will record your line checks accurately and timely. You will ensure that the production goals are met while minimizing waste. You will keep your work area clean and sanitary to meet safety and GMP standards.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect the product to ensure it meets established standards and specifications and watch for upside-down products. Discard any out-of-spec product. Assist with un-jamming.
• Feed on trays and/or stack off trays.
• Maintain the proper flow of product into the pattern formers and re-pack any missing or damaged product in packages.
• Tailor trays and stack off trays from the tray line when necessary.
• Monitor and assist the tray feeder to ensure proper flow of trays.
• Inspect packages.
• Assist with rework and/or packaging.
• Ensure that the code is legible with the correct codes.
• Assist the Operator with setup and changeovers, if necessary.
• Keep work area clean throughout shift.
• Load dollies into the dolly ramps.
• Work with Supervisors and Maintenance to maintain equipment in good working order.
• Correctly weigh and record any waste to be disposed of.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred
• 1+ years of experience preferred
• Clear and concise communication with all levels

Hourly Rate: $19.00

The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed In this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
