Job Summary:

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be the face of Eight Under, providing first-class service to our guests from the moment they step into our facility. You'll be responsible for managing the front desk, handling bookings, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage booking reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
• Provide information about our facilities, services, and promotions.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
• Process payments and manage the point-of-sale system.
• Collaborate with the team to implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction.
• Assist in coordinating events and managing group bookings.
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and evenings.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using POS systems.
• A passion for golf is preferred but not essential.
