The Community Relations Director will perform the following services for United Heritage Group-
Home Health and Hospice:

Market Analysis and Research:
● Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential
opportunities in the home health sector.
● Analyze demographic data to target specific populations for our home health services.
Strategic Marketing Planning:
● Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote our home health
services and differentiate us in the market.
● Collaborate with the leadership team to establish marketing goals and objectives aligned
with business objectives.
Relationship Building:
● Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, physicians, clinics,
and community organizations to promote referrals and partnerships.
● Attend relevant networking events to enhance the visibility of our home health services.
Community Outreach:
● Develop and execute community outreach programs to raise awareness about our home
health services.
● Represent the company at community events, health fairs, and senior living facilities.
Analytics and Reporting:
● Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
● Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and make data-driven
recommendations for continuous improvement.
Foot Canvassing:
● Conduct door-to-door canvassing to connect with patients and health care facilities
within the community.
● Implement outreach strategies to promote the company’s mission, programs, and
events.
● Act as a representative of the organization, addressing community concerns, and
providing information about relevant initiatives.

SALARY:

There is a bonus pay structure according to the type of Employee Details chosen: Contractual versus Employee which will be emailed upon resume and employment verification.
