What we are looking for:

A Social Worker to provide clinical and supportive services to Treatment Foster Care, Adoption, and Family CARE clients and families. Provide a full range of services including intake, assessment, clinical support, crisis intervention, referral, report writing, family reunification, family recruitment and discharge planning and maintaining case files.
