Conveyorized Technician

Apply good workmanship standards using care to produce high quality products.

Process the work orders as directed with intent to meet the production schedule and multitask as able to improve workflow.

Carry out as applicable any process control or quality control items.

Comply with any environmental/ health and safety standards and wear all required Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).

Readily comply with Quality System requirements and support customer satisfaction.

Understand the technical requirements of each job that comes to the department or consult with the Supervisor, Process Engineer, and Production Manager where clarification is needed.

The following are the primary technical duties expected of a Image Operator:

Resist coat

Perform quality checks (registration and step wedges)

Inspect the panels for critical defects.

Copper foil shield process.
