- Active Indiana license required (we can assist with this)
- Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm or 7:30am-3:30pm
- No call, no weekends
- EMR is EPIC
- CRNAs are independent
- Case mix: General, Ortho, eyes, endo
- Quick credentialing of 30 days with clean background
