ISS Associate - Full-time / Part-time

ISS (Individualized Skills and Socialization) is a program licensed through the state of Texas designed to cater to people with Intellectual and or Developmental Disabilities. 

As an ISS Associate, you will work and be responsible for a group of clients to improve their ability to socialize and develop skills within their daily lives at the ISS center. 

This includes participating in group exercise, setting up and completing activities, meal prep & feeding (lunch and snack), performing bathroom breaks and cleaning non - ambulatory clients (individuals who cannot walk well or in wheel chairs, and will likely have pull ups or diapers for certain clients.) 

ISS main goals are to ensure the clients are kept clean, safe, and involved with as many community activities as possible that is palatable for the clients we serve.

Please note; Our client have a wide range of needs, but you will be training on how to engage and learn more about the clients making for more efficient service delivery.

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 18 years or older
• Available to work: early morning
• Available to work: weekdays

Preferred qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• Able to comfortably lift 50 lbs
