We are looking for a dynamic and experienced CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. This role requires an individual who is proficient in the use of various CNC machinery, including but not limited to Lathe, Mill, and 5 Axis machines. Our ideal candidate has a thorough understanding of G Code programming and is proficient with machine setups. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be a part of a team that values precision and quality, and to contribute to the production of high-quality parts and components that are integral to our operation.
Responsibilities:
1. Operating and maintaining CNC machines, including Lathe, Mill, and 5 Axis machines, to produce high-quality parts and components.
2. Reading and interpreting complex blueprints and technical drawings to understand the requirements of the job.
3. Programming CNC machines using G Code and Mastercam software, ensuring that the machines are set up correctly and running efficiently.
4. Conducting regular inspections of the machinery and the parts produced to ensure that they meet the required specifications and quality standards.
5. Troubleshooting any issues with the machinery or the production process, and making necessary adjustments or repairs.
6. Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
7. Adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years' experience as a CNC Machinist.
2. Proficiency in the use of various CNC machines, including Lathe, Mill, and 5 Axis machines.
3. Thorough understanding of G Code programming and proficiency with Mastercam software.
4. Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues with machinery and production processes.
6. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
7. Good communication and teamwork skills.
8. Commitment to adhering to all safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
9. High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in a relevant field or a vocational certificate in CNC machining is a plus.
