About this job
I am looking for someone reliable to take my father to and from dialysis three days a week. He is mobile and able to ambulate with his walker, but he is frail. You would need to be able to put his walker in your car without his help. We live approximately 5 minutes away from Hospital where he goes for dialysis. You would not need to stay with him, but he needs picked at 10 a.m. from home, and then taken home at 2 p.m. Our care concerns are: Transportation. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.).
